What can we help you with?
What is this change about?
From May 1st 2025, we are changing the way we handle unpaid subscriptions. Previously, you could still use mobile and internet services for a period of time even if you had not paid – you can no longer do that. From now on, subscriptions will be blocked at the end of the month if they have not been paid, and you will lose access to services such as calls, text messages and data. However, you can always regain access immediately by paying your bill on My Tusass
When will the change take effect?
The change will take effect at the end of the month between April 30th and May 1st. From this date, subscriptions will be closed if they have not been paid.
What happens if I don’t pay my subscription?
If you have not paid your mobile or internet subscription by the last day of the month, it will be closed at the end of the month. This means that you can no longer use calls, text messages and data – unless you pay.
How can I pay and regain access?
You can pay at any time via our website and gain access immediately. You can also use My Tusass to pay or to change/update your payment card. From the 1st day of the month you can make an 'Immediate payment' from the My Tusass homepage. Press the text "Click here". We will also try to withdraw the money every Friday until the subscription is completely closed and canceled.
What should I do if I have received a new payment card?
If you have received a new payment card, you must update your card information yourself. You can easily do this at www.tusass.gl under My Tusass. Once the card has been updated, we will automatically ensure that the payment is withdrawn in the future. NOTE: If you change your card on the last day of the month, the payment will not take place automatically.
Can I still make emergency calls even if I have not paid for my subscription?
Yes, you can still call the Police (112) and Fire Department (113) – even if your subscription has been blocked due to non-payment.
How much will I pay if I only pay for the subscription in the middle of the month?
If you only pay on the 10th of the month, for example, you will only pay for the remaining days.
When will I receive SMS messages from you?
If you have not paid your subscription, we will send you the following messages:
The first day of the month
"Hello X.
Since you haven’t paid for your [X] subscription, we have now closed the service. You can still log on to our website, where you will be able to pay and reopen your subscription. You can do that on [website].
Kind regards. Tusass"
A week later:
"Hello X,
You still haven’t paid for your [x] subscription. Remember, you can reopen your service by paying in [website].
Kind regards. Tusass"
14 days before cancelation (total cancelation happens after 3 months):
"Hello X,
This is your last chance to pay for your [x] subscription via [website]. If we receive payment before (X date), we will reopen your service. If we don’t, we will block your service completely.
Kind regards. Tusass"
Can I still use services if I haven't paid?
No, from May 1st there is no longer access – or limited access – to services that you haven't paid for. However, you can still call us on 808080, and you can also access our website.
What happens if I still haven't paid after three months?
If you haven't paid after three months, your subscription will be completely closed and taken down. This means that you no longer have an active subscription with us. If you want to return, you must create a new subscription from scratch – i.e. get a new SIM card and new number.
When you sign up for the new internet subscription, the difference between your old and new subscription is automatically corrected.
The new internet subscription must be paid for one month in advance.
Yes, you can do that by logging in to tusass' self-service. Then at the bottom of the self-service page, you can click on "Activate voucher". You then enter your voucher code, click on "Continue" and confirm that you want to use a voucher. Then the voucher is activated, and your internet is upgraded.
The full amount will be reserved on your account if you have ordered a new subscription.
But the amount on the reservation will be removed as soon as you have collected your new modem. After that, you will only pay for the difference, which is the amount that was shown on the receipt.
Yes, it is possible via login in Tusass.gl to change settings so that you can receive receipts per mail.
1. Go to tusass.gl and click on My Tusass (the green box at the top right of the page)
2. Enter your mobile number or email address to log in
3. Enter the code when you have received the sent 4-digit code via SMS

Your internet speed will be limited to 1 Mbit the first month, then your internet will be switched off if you do not pay for the internet.
You can use the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Visa Elektron. You cannot pay with Akiliut on tusass.gl.
Please note that when paying by debit card, the full amount is reserved at the bank for the subscription payment. After which the difference is refunded after installation of Tusass internet.
You cannot pay Tusass internet from Tusass account. Only mobile subscriptions can be paid from Tusas' account when there is no coverage on the payment card.
In the event of non-payment, you have full access to the product for the first 5 days of the following month. From the sixth day, you still have the option of using the Internet, but at a limited speed, until you have paid the subscription. In case of continued non-payment, Tusass reserves the right to block the subscription after 5 days from the start of the month. You only lose the opportunity to use the internet at the end of the next month, when the unpaid subscription is closed. But you can always access Tusass.gl and reopen the subscription after the unpaid bills have been paid
