If there is no information about your area, you can switch your modem on and off via the Orbi app. If that doesn't work, reset your modem. If you still do not have an internet connection, please contact our customer service on 80 80 80 during our opening hours.

What do I do if I don't get the speed I purchased?

You can try your hand by placing the modem in different places in your home, and place it based on where you have the highest internet speed. You can see your internet speed by doing a speed test, which can be done on telepost.speedtestcustom.com or you can go to: https://www.tusass.gl/en/speedtest/
