You can get a Danish phone number with Tusass mobile. You need to change to Tusass mobile if you have a prepaid SIM card, or if you have one of our old phone contracts (e.g. mobile Mikisoq or Angisooq)
You will have the Danish phone number for as long as you have a Tusass mobile subscription.
You will not pay extra for the Danish phone number if you have a Tusass mobile subscription. You will neither pay for phone calls or text messages that you receive from Danish phone numbers.
You can use all services that require Danish phone numbers. You can for instance use MobilePay in Denmark or Greenland, when you place an order on Danish websites, or when you need to use Danish parking apps in Denmark.

It may take a while for the system to register your purchase. In some instances, it helps to restart your mobile phone.
Video calling can be understood in two ways:
1. On all newer Samsung smartphones, there is automatically a video call feature that you can use if the network supports it.
Note: The Tusass Subscription network does not support this type of video call.
2. Smartphones can now use apps to make video calls, so you can see the person you are talking to. These apps include FaceTime, Messenger, Hangouts, and more. This type of video call uses mobile data that requires you to have a Tusass subscription with mobile data selected.
If you have used up your mobile data, the speed will be downgraded to 32 Kbps. You can upgrade your data be logging into Tusass.gl if you want to increase the speed again. Your upgrade will be permanent until you make any other changes
You can always login to Tusass.gl and change your GSM subscription or Tusass pay-as-you-go to a Tusass mobile subscription. You can also always change your mobile package with additional mobile data at any time of the month.
If you want less mobile data, then you have to change the size of your mobile subscription. If you want to change back to Tusass pay-as-you-go, then you have to deactivate your Tusass mobile account. This all has to happen no later than the 20th of the month, if you want to see this changes the following month. You will be charged for an extra month if you change your subscription after the 20th of the month.
Note: You can only downgrade your subscription when you have not made an upgrade in the same month. When you choose to upgrade, you exclude the opportunity to downgrade on the same month.
You cannot use mobile data via your Tusass account when you have a Tusass subscription. Instead, you must buy a bigger mobile subscription that includes a data package. You can do this by logging into Tusass.gl with your mobilenumber, clicking “Abonnement” (subscription) and clicking on arrows to select the size of your data package.
Calling these numbers are charged separately and not as usual numbers and you must therefore have a positive balance in your Tusass account before you can call these numbers
