A QR code is a type of barcode used to quickly and easily access information using a smartphone. To use it, simply scan the unique eSIM QR code with your mobile's camera.
eSIM is supported on all iPhone devices from iPhone XS up to the latest model. There are also several Android mobile models that support eSIM, including Samsung, Huawei, Pixel, Motorola, Xiaomi, Sony and others.
No physical card:
The eSIM is built into the device, so you don't need to insert or change a physical card.
Easy activation:
eSIM is activated digitally via a QR code, while a physical SIM card requires you to insert the card manually.

You can save multiple mobile subscriptions on your mobile device.
For security reasons, the eSIM is only available via self-service. In order to use Tusass' self-service, you must have a Tusass mobile subscription.

Yes, you can use both an eSIM and a physical SIM simultaneously on many smartphones if your device supports it. It therefore allows for multiple subscriptions on the same mobile device.
Unfortunately, we currently only offer eSIM for mobile phones. eSIM support for smartwatches is not available at this time.
As a private customer, you can easily transfer your eSIM number from your current phone to another by following our guide for either iPhone or Android smartphone. Note! It is important that you do not reset your phone before starting this process.
iPhone Guide:
On the device
Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Select your active eSIM under the list of SIM cards you want to remove.Delete eSIM
Scroll to the bottom of the selected eSIM page and tap the "Delete eSIM" button. Confirm the deletion when prompted.Log in to self-service, My Tusass
Once the eSIM profile has been removed from your device, you can log into your account and select the mobile subscription number you removed from your device. Your eSIM QR code will be visible and ready to be added to your new device. If the QR code does not appear, please wait a few minutes or refresh the page.
Android Guide:
On the device
Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Select your active eSIM under the list of SIM cards you want to remove.Remove eSIM

Yes, you can switch between different Tusass mobile subscriptions on your eSIM. The change can be made via self-service. When the subscription is updated, your eSIM will automatically adapt to the new subscription.
It costs nothing to switch from a physical SIM card to an eSIM.
The fastest activation method is by using a QR code. But you will also have the option to activate your eSIM by entering your eSIM information manually.
