We will assist you with this process once you have received your new modem. Please contact our customer service by phone number at 808080 or send an email to ordre@tusass.gl to inform us that you have obtained Flatrate internet and wish to deactivate your old internet service.
Begin by ordering a starter pack on Tusass.gl. You can do this under the 'Internet' tab by selecting 'New Internet Customer.' The modem will then be sent to you. Once you have received the modem, return to tusass.gl, choose your desired product, and complete your order.
We use your CPR number as security to ensure that the subscription is created for the right person and for any recovery of outstanding payments.
Yes, it is possible if you make a voluntary settlement with Tusass. You do this by contacting customer service on phone number 80 80 80.
When you have received your new modem, selected a subscription, and followed the Orbi setup guide, you will establish a connection to the internet.
If you call customer service at phone number 808080 or send an email to ordre@tusass.gl and inform them that you have got Flatrate internet, they will deactivate your old internet for you.
