Tusass Abroad is an additional service to all private and business Tusass mobile subscriptions that cost DKK 499 or more, allowing for international calls, texts and roaming without further payment within the “Tusass Abroad” zone. Tusass Abroad is an included service for all Tusass subscriptions that cost DKK 499 or more.

You can also get “Tusass Abroad” by purchasing a Tusass mobile subscription for a minimum of DKK 499. If you already have a subscription for a minimum of DKK 499, “Tusass Abroad” is automatically included in your subscription.

With Tusass Abroad 499 kr. subscription you can call and use data without extra charge from Greenland to the following travel destinations and from these destinations back to Greenland.

You can call and use data without of charge from Greenland to these travel destinations and from these destinations back to Greenland.

You can roam with “Tusass Abroad” without further payment in these travel destinations.

You can use your data package in whole or in part when you are located in these travel destinations.

If you use more data than there is in your subscription, you will be charged according to the applicable rates at any given time.

You can send unlimited texts when you are in the Tusass Abroad zone and send to Greenland or other travel destinations in the Tusass Abroad zone.

You can call unlimited to and from all travel destinations in the Tusass Abroad zone.

You can still roam but you will need money on your Tusass account, and payment will be charged at current roaming rates.

Then you will be charged according to the rates applicable at that time.

There is a maximum of DKK 12,500 per. month for roaming with Tusass Business mobile subscriptions.

If you lose your SIM-card abroad, you must go to a Tusass store and get a replacement card, free of charge, when you are back in Greenland.

Calls with extra charges such as competitions, fundraising, specific service etc will not be covered by “Tusass Abroad” and you will be charged extra for such calls or messages. You will also always be charged for calling satellite phones.

With Tusass Business Mobile you will like in Greenland still be able to continue to use data, however, this will be charged according to the roaming rates in force at that given time.

You will not be charged for receiving calls when you are in the "Tusass Abroad" zone and "Tusass Abroad" is part of your subscription.

You will not be charged for making calls when you are in Greenland or in the "Tusass Abroad" zone and call Greenlandic numbers wherever they are.

You will not be charged for making calls with "Tusass Abroad" as long as you are in Greenland or a country in the "Tusass Abroad" zone and call numbers from Greenland or other countries from the "Tusass Abroad" zone.

Please remember that the person you are calling can be charged if he or she does not have a subscription that includes "Tusass Abroad".

You will be charged for making calls with "Tusass Abroad" when you are outside a country in the "Tusass Abroad" zone and call Greenlandic numbers and numbers from the "Tusass Abroad" zone.

You will not be charged for receiving calls and using your answering machine when you are in a country in "Tusass Abroad" zone. If you, on the other hand, find yourself in a country outside the "Tusass Abroad" zone, you will be charged for receiving calls and using your voice mail.

You will not be charged to call voicemail for Greenlandic numbers and numbers from "Tusass Abroad" zone when you are in Greenland or a country in the "Tusass Abroad" zone. However, if you find yourself in a country outside the "Tusass Abroad" zone, you will be charged for calling voicemail.

As a Tusass Business mobile customer, you will receive regular mobile consumption notifications when abroad.

You will be charged for video calls made with "Tusass Abroad". Video calls should not be confused with calls made via data services such as Messenger, iMessage, Whatsapp, etc., all of which are computer-based, where consumption is covered by the "Tusass Abroad" data package.
