Network is mainly aimed at larger companies with several locations. Tusass Business provides WAN connections to your company and thus ties your various devices together in a single network in one or more network clouds. Tusass Business ensures the network design and the selection of hardware products in cooperation with you or in accordance with you, to ensure the best possible solution.
The recommended classic network design is a WAN network in one or more MPLS clouds with one large internet connection as an 'internet break out' connected to a firewall. The WAN connections are delivered with a WAN IP router with built-in modem, which is configured by Tusass Business' network consultants based on the agreed network design.
Tusass Business provides ongoing operation and maintenance of the WAN network as a managed network solution, including firmware updates and setting up monitoring on each WAN IP router, to ensure a quick response in the event of reduced performance or an interrupted connection. This will ensure as high an uptime as possible on each WAN connection.
Network Operation
Tusass Business provides daily network operation of your organization's LAN and WLAN. The solution is delivered as part of the IT infrastructure, the hosting agreement, or as a separate service for the organization. Tusass also manages your firewall solutions as part of the solution.
Tusass agrees the network design and selects hardware in collaboration with the customer to ensure the best possible solution. Tusass configures all network devices and ensures equipment deployment, daily operation and maintenance, as well as firmware updates.
Firewall
The optimal 'firewall set up' increases security and ensures your company's protection against outside activities, as well as giving the opportunity to choose what should be able to access the network and what should be filtered out. Several levels of filtering can be created in a firewall according to your company's needs.
Hosting and Cloud
Tusass Business offers hosting of your servers in our Cloud, where we can guarantee the highest level of security. It can be anything from ERP servers, web servers, archive servers, Exchange servers or servers for other applications.
Business Telephony
Tusass Business provides business telephony as a cloud-based product hosted 100% by Tusass Business. Tusass is thus responsible for support and maintenance on the customer-facing units, as well as user support on the telephone system.
